Set up in 1980 as a small artisan workshop, Surgital is today Italy's
leading company producing deep-frozen fresh pasta and sauces for quality
restaurant cooking and catering, as well as ready to cook deep-frozen
dishes for the bar and snack outlets.
Its plant is located in Lavezzola, in the province of Ravenna, and
covers a total area of 60,000 sq.m, of which 26,000 are dedicated to
production and 25,000 m3 to cold storage rooms at -18C.
