Activa® TI’s enzyme creates links between proteins that can modify and improve specific characteristics of your products by increasing gel strength, viscosity, elasticity, texture and other properties. It’s is our cleanest-labeled product in the Activa® family and can be called an enzyme in most cases.

Dry addition: Activa® TI can be added during dry mixing or pre-blending with other dry ingredients
Water slurry: In cases where it is difficult to mix and distribute in the required time, Activa® TI can be mixed with water just prior to incorporating into the system. Care must be taken not to shear during the mixing and the product should be added with water just prior to addition to the system.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose E19
