Prepared exclusively with prime cuts of pork and diced lardon. The mixture is seasoned with salt, black pepper, corns, laurel, myrtle, cinnamon, and juniper and finally enriched with selected whole pistachio nuts. A careful and extended cooking exalts the aroma. The result is a mortadella of superior quality, with a full, well balanced flavour. Contains no added polyphosphates, no milk derivatives, gluten free.

The IGP standard mark is a guarantee to the consumer. The Mortadella IGP of Bologna must be produced according to traditional recipes and it undergoes rigorously inspected production procedures that guarantee the highest quality raw materials and production process.
