Castillo de Tabernas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a special oil produced from olives grown in the Tabernas Desert. This natural place is located in the central part of the Spanish Almería province. The desert's climate is characterized by the highest amount of sunlight per year in Europe, and temperatures remain very stable during the whole olive growing and ripening period.
These extreme conditions and climate contribute to the production of an exceptionally smooth and fruity oil boasting a 0.1% natural acidity level.
