Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, aged for minimum 12 year in precious barrels made of different types of wood, as requested by the disciplinary of production. Characterized by a full-bodied, intense and spicy taste with wooden hints, a persistent, harmonic fragrance and a balanced density. The unique composition of its bouquet, due to the ancient production secrets of the family, comes from a quiet and long ageing in the ancient “Acetaie”.
